A half hour drive from Hobart the Derwent Valley has it all - lush wilderness, national parks and historical towns. Just a few minutes from New Norfolk, I came across this intriguing and beautiful river bent in the Derwent River. This early Autumn day and the still waters of the Derwent River demanded to be painted. What's around the corner? More of the same!
