Just a 40 minute drive from Hobart, Dodges Ferry is a favourite destination for locals and visitors alike. There are beaches for swimming and surfing, cliff and beach walks. The light streaming across the water was as an inspiring sight this day and I was planning the painting even before leaving the beach. Magical.
